Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP was originated by John Grinder and
Richard Bandler (whose background was in mathematics and gestalt
theapy) for the purpose of making explicit models concerning human
communications. Grinder and Bandler symbolized the relationship between
brain, language and the body under the term NLP. Through the years, NLP
has developed some very poserful tools and skills for communicatino and
change in a wide range of professional area including psychotherapy,
