Information for new customers

Welcome to Typexchange : Digital Personality Type Resources. We currently offer ebooks and additional learning support and training material for personality type in digital format.

The purchase process is simple, and the software required is free. Our Support Center is also available if you encounter any difficulties.

What are Digital Resources?

Digital Resources are simply electronic copies of the best and most useful resources you need to learn and apply personality type models. You can download Digital Resources and read and use them immediately so there is no waiting for shipment and in most cases, they are cheaper than their 'hard copy' counterparts. Digital Resources also offer the convenience of size and portability, you can store your own personal library of Digital Resources on your PC/Mac, Laptop or hand held device.

In order to use the Digital Resources, you will require the correct supporting software. In the case of PDF files, a small piece of free software known as Adobe Reader is required. In some cases, Microsoft Powerpoint files will be available and the requirements will be noted on the product page.

How do I purchase a Digital Resource?

There are several ways to find the product you are looking for;

• Choose one of the products featured on our Home page
• Search by Keyword or Category using the Search box in the top right hand corner of our Home page
• Select a Category from the list in the "Categories" box on the left side on our Home page

To purchase the Digital Resource;

• Click the "Add to Cart" button on the Product Details page.
• The product will be added to your shopping cart. You can add more titles by click "Click here to keep shopping," selecting a category on the "Categories" list on the left-side of the page, or you can click "Checkout" to complete your purchase.
• You will be required to login with your email address and password. If you do not already have an account, click "Continue" on the left side of the page.
• You will be required to review your order details before clicking "Proceed to Payment" to finalize your order and pay securely through PayPal.
• When you get to the PayPal website, you will have 2 payment options
  1. Pay with Credit Card (no PayPal account)
     • Don't have a PayPal account?
       Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue
  2. LOG IN TO PAYPAL
     • Use your email and password to log-in to PayPal and complete your order

That's all there is to it! After the payment is finalized you will be redirected back to Typexchange to download your files. Download instructions will also be sent to you via email within a few minutes.

What happens after I purchase?

After the payment is finalized you will be redirected back to Typexchange to download your files. Download instructions will also be sent to you via email within a few minutes.

If your Internet browser does not redirect you back to Typexchange to download your files. You can simply visit the Typexchange homepage and login to your account with your email address and password.

Follow the download instructions and be sure to install the most recent version of Adobe Reader prior to opening your PDF Digital Resources. If you encounter any difficulty at all, click here.
